1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by AGE Group (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

2. Services

AGE Group provides web design and related digital services, including but not limited to website development, UI/UX design, maintenance, and consulting.

All services are subject to individual agreements, proposals, or contracts agreed upon with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
Ensure that any materials supplied do not infringe third-party rights
Respond in a timely manner to communications and approvals

Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines or additional costs.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are agreed upon in advance via quotation or contract
All prices are in Euros (EUR), unless otherwise stated
Payment terms (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or upon completion) will be specified in the agreement
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act (Korkolaki)

We reserve the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

The Company retains ownership of all design concepts, drafts, and unused materials
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables
The Company reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio

Clients must ensure they have proper rights for any content they provide.

6. Revisions and Changes

Projects typically include a limited number of revisions as defined in the agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

Major changes to project scope may require a new agreement or pricing adjustment.

7. Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project:

With written notice
Subject to payment for work completed up to the termination date

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Finnish law:

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance

9. Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data will be processed only as necessary for providing services and will not be shared unlawfully.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information received during the course of the project.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, hosting providers, or services. We are not responsible for disruptions or issues caused by third-party providers.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law.

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the District Court of North Karelia (Pohjois-Karjalan käräjäoikeus).

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
